Finissage (who’ll clean up come Monday morning)
Delivered postcard, 2017

A postcard was posted to the curators of A Show About The Show that stated our act of employing a cleaner to tidy the gallery and throw away the artwork (the postcard itself). Our choice of postcard was a reproduction of a print by Honoré Daumier depicting the fictional characters Don Quixote and Sancho Panza. The postcard was to be mounted on the gallery wall, face down, in order to hide the image and reveal only the textual information on the reverse.
